The larger burners in the front! – I like the controls on the right side, the 2 larger burners in the front& the one burner can boil so quickly.

Best stovetop ever – I love this stovetop. It is the best one I’ve ever owned. One of my favorite features is the warm zone. I use it all the time. It is great when a food just needs to stay warm while you are finishing other foods. I love the quick boil burner. It is fast and intense heat. Boiled potatoes are done in ten minutes compared to 14 minutes on my old stovetop. I’ve had to learn to lessen my cook times for different foods. The price is great compared to other products plus it is a fantastic stovetop. Controls are great. Very sensitive to the different levels.

Cannot Regulate Temperature and Terrible Customer Service!! – I will NEVER buy a Frigidaire product ever again. We bought this piece of junk 11/22. Within 10 months of purchasing, the temperature on all the burners became impossible to regulate. I called customer service and a technician came out to repair it. He was friendly enough, but he did not seem to know how to fix the cooktop. He had to call another technician to help him troubleshoot the issue. He ended up saying he needed to order parts and he scheduled another appointment for me for two weeks out. Long story short, I took off work and nobody showed up. Frigidaire’s “system” went down for almost two weeks so I couldn’t reschedule. Finally rescheduled and the representative entered the wrong date into the system so nobody showed up when they were suppose to. The representative was also suppose to order parts for all of the burners. When the tech finally showed up he had no parts and knew nothing about them. I’m so done with this crappy company and their junk products. Pray your cooktop doesn’t need any service if you decide to buy one of these.

Saved money vs big box store – Was looking at this product at Lowes and Home Depot before liking on Amazon, where the same thing was $100’s less expensive. No-brainer to get from Amazon. First one came with ceramic top shattered, but Amazon made it good with return/refund and ordered again. Wife says top is more difficult to keep clean, but it looks good and functions well.

Very fragile – The first delivery arrived, was installed and worked until something metal fell on it and it shattered. The second unit cracked through the ceramic. Third try was likewise broken on arrival. The fourth unit arrived unbroken (so far) and is waiting to be installed.

Meh… – This cooktop is not a true 5-burner. The element in the middle back is only suitable for keeping things warm. The front right burner, with the ” quick boil” option does heat up fast, but also stays consistently hotter than the others even on the same setting. Even on lowest temp, it will burn/scorch food. The burner on the front left has uneven heating. I use cast iron a lot, and thankful that I do as that burner has hot and cold spots in it and will not heat evenly unless I am using cast iron. The small back burners take FOREVER to heat up. This was a cheap temporary fix until I can afford to get and induction cooktop, so it is serving it’s purpose for now. But, it is definitely not made for someone who cooks 2 meals/day like I do.

Looks great and easy to install – Cool top looks great and was fairly easy to install. The directions for quartz/granite countertop installation were not well written. The recommended adhesive to use to hold the “L” brackets in place was hard to find and required special order. Nevertheless, once I consulted other sources for best installation practices it was smooth. The cooktop works and looks great, and was simple to wire in.
