I love this machine – We upsized when our previous 2 6 lb machine began to malfunction. This is substantially larger and we had to move its position on the offside bar because it blocked part of the tv. However it’s well worth the additional price and size. Much more ice and it’s made faster than the previous model. Selection of 3 sizes instead of 2. Win win all around.

Almost Instant Ice! – I do love being able to have ice quickly! It is rather noisy. The inside doesn’t stay cold enough to keep the ice frozen over a long period of time. It melts and the water recycles to make more ice. So be sure to transfer your ice to your freezer as it accumulates. We use bottled water, so the ice tastes fine. Nowhere in the instructions did they tell you where to pour the water to begin making ice. I had to Google a demo video. Just open the lid and pour in, the ice basket sits on top of water reservoir.

Great product! Highly recommend! – I was nervous to buy this after the mixed reviews but I love it! It helps to read the entire owners maunel before using it. A lot of the bad reviews wouldn’t be an issue if they read how it actually works. It takes about an hour and a half to full up the tray full of ice before it stops and the ice light comes on. Once that happens press the power button and remove the ice, add (cold)water if you need to, and you have to wait anywhere from 4-6 minutes until you can press the power button and it starts producing ice again. This is so much nicer than me buying 2, 25 pounds bags of ice 5 days a week. It’s already paid for itself.

Works Great. but unrelliable and poor manucacturer warranty – Purchased this Ice Machine and it worked perfectly for about 6 months. Really filled our need. Lots of volume of Ice, makes it quicly. … now for the cons. first con we noticed was the 3 different sizes of ice that it describes isn’t the case. They are basically all the same size……….. after aprox 6 months, during regular operation, a plastic peice that helps move the ice into its storage bin after creation broke off and ended up in the bin. After this broke there was no way for the ice maker to function properly to move the ice to the bin. .. .I reached out to the manufacture and started a warranty claim. No one would answer the phone or return messages, so i was forced to submit claim online through email. I would get occasional responses asking for the same items I had already given them. .. Then after months , one day , they said they are cancelling my claim. .. i responded to the email about the issue , and now they have become un responsive. do not buy this unless you are ok with no warranty.

I set mine for medium filled it with water and it makes its first very thin set of ice in 7 minutes. We set that aside in our freezer and waited for it to make another set 7 minutes later. Each set was larger as the machine cooled down. After the 5th set it was stabilized and made consistently sized ice. It works great and I am very happy with it. I will review again in 6 months to let you know how it is doing.
