Unless you have the tools, hire a pro – It did come in dented on both sides, didn’t return because it didn’t affect the performance. As everyone said in other reviews hard to install. Didn’t come with a template, screws, or properly tapped holes for screws. Luckily I’m a contractor so installation for me wasn’t that bad. I can’t believe I had to tap the holes on top to mount the exhaust adapter. If you spend 1000 plus on a product that normally cost 300-600, you expect quality. Unfortunately that’s not the case with fotile. Its an incomplete product. It does look pretty though. Suction was powerful. Unless you like the looks and are willing to hire a pro. I don’t recommend.

Now I only turn it on to the 2nd speed without opening my windows. Amazingly, you can’t even tell that we just seared steaks. The lowest speed is what I use the most for soup or veggies and it’s way more quieter than other range hoods I had previously. This range hood is super powerful, you can observe the exhaust airflow under the LED lights. All in all, I’m happy with its performance, sleek modern appearance and noise level. With this new range hood, I’m more motivated to cook for family and I think this unit is a GREAT value for the money.
