Piece of bottom trim was badly dented – The oven was great but the bottom trim piece was badly bent as it was at the bottom of the box. The box was in good shape so we approved the delivery. When taking oven out and racks the bottom trim was bent all out of shape. We tried to contact amazon and the seller both myself and my husband many times and nobody got back to us. That was the worse part as it seemed nobody cared to respond to us.

Do not make an appliance “built in” kitchen – I wanted to replace my 30y+ whirlpool 24” walloven. Mainly because it was well used. The cost of the wallovens cost more than what they are worth. But I am not redoing my kitchen just yet. so I purchased this item which I am certain will need a circulation fan and electronic board with 5 years. The old stuff was made to last. Now it’s planned obsolescence. I wouldn’t complain but if you make something disposable, the price should reflect it.

Very nice oven – After 25 years of using an oven that seem to cook at what ever temp it felt like, it is nice to use one that works. We checked the cooking temp with a good thermometer and it is dead on. The outside of the oven doesn’t get hot so the kitchen stays cooler. We love it. It does what it is suppose to do and looks good doing it.

The company will not stand behind parts that are shipped faulty. – I ask the company to replace a part that was defective. Never heard a word from them.

A Very Good Oven – Our old oven finally bit the dust, and this oven has been a very good replacement. It is a standard-sized Wall Oven, so it fit the hole perfectly and was easy to install. It looks great and we have had zero issues over the 8 months it has been in operation, with the minor exception that pre-heating does not use both the upper and lower burners, so it probably takes a bit longer to get up to temperature. For longer-cooking items like casseroles I have recently been putting the items into the oven before the set temperature is reached if I want to speed it up a little — since the upper burner is not used during pre-heat, it doesn’t unnecessarily broil the item like my old oven would if I had tried this.
