Didn’t last – It was a great little freezer for awhile. About 14 months. It Was quiet and worked well. It quit working, though, in less than a year and a half.

Was great – It worked great for nearly two years. Great for small spaces. Now the downside there was no temperature control and constantly had ice build up on the inside. Now I got this in March of 2020 and it’s now Jan 2022 and it gave out. Started making a loud ticking noise and I opened it up and everything was defrosting and smelling awful. Granted had I caught it earlier than maybe I could have caught it before stuff completely defrosted. Just shy of two years old and the compressor has gone out and destroyed food. Rather disappointing that it breaks in less than two years for being expensive and little.

Perfect mini freezer for a cubicle desk at the office – I have a lot of frozen lunch and snacks that I enjoy eating while at work, but had no where to store them since my office break room just has a microwave. The Euhomy Mini Freezer completely solved my issue as it fits perfectly under my cubicle desk at the office. I have the black model, which looks very sleek and there’s almost no sound to it whatsoever. There’s a very soft low-hum noise, but it’s impossible to be bothered by it as you can barely notice it. The unit has ample space for being labeled a mini freezer as there’s two large shelves with very deep space to fit any assortment of frozen boxes, cups or whatever could typically fit on a standard freezer shelf. I have had the unit for a few months now and the temperature control is always perfect as well with no leaks, drips or freezer burn on my items. You simply cannot beat the price of this model for the amount of storage and convenience. It’s even easy to lift and install as it only weighs approximately 30 lbs.

Shortly after posting my complaints about the product, the next thing you know and 15 minutes later I began to hear a humming sound, took me another 5 minutes to figure out where it was coming from, it was the new freezer product I just purchased from your company. I opened the door of the freezer and it was cool as a cucumber, at which point I decided to give it a few more hours to see if it would continue cooling to a freeze point. After a couple hours I open the door, and I was at the the North Pole. Pretty weird but it’s working now, and so far I am happy with the product now.

Within 48 hours I received a response from customer service and they sent a new one, which actually arrived faster than the first one! This one has a different motor sound, and the door seals perfectly. I have waited a couple of weeks to update this review to see if anything else goes wrong, but so far so good. Threw the old one away, they did not require it back. Yes, it seems their products might not be consistent yet, but not to worry, it looks like their customer service is, and it’s awesome!

Nowhere on the box did it say “THIS SIDE UP” which would have been helpful if one needed to start freezer right away. Freezer took about 4 hours to get cold enough to start putting in already frozen items. If items not frozen, I would probably wait a couple more hours. So far, 2 weeks, freezer is maintaining between -3 and +4 degrees set at 6 or top cold setting. First set it at number 4 as recommended but did not get to zero as is recommended for frozen goods to maintain good quality for food items. We placed it in basement on top of steel table and there is little to no noise from it. I forget to check temperature sometimes as it is so quiet. We bought it during and for these stressful times. Storage is enough for us (2people) and we have about 9 frozen dinners, one pint ice cream, 5 bagels , and 2 packages hot dogs with little more room left. We took out dinners from three of boxes as they took up room needed as they were irregularly shaped. Would buy freezer again in a minute.
