Great Countertop Ice Maker – This is the perfect product if you do not have an ice maker built into your freezer. It makes ice quickly and it is not too loud. My family uses a lot of ice. I run the ice maker every other day and it works perfectly for our needs.

Kinda small – It works great, but the ice basket is on the small side. It also shut off (ice full) too early. I think it’s the sensor design? Then the slider thing moves the ice to the basket, it doesn’t extend far enough, so after just a couple cycles of ice, it clicks off and says the basket it full. To remedy this, i move the ice into the bucket more.

Pays for itself – We ordered one and when it arrived it was defective. Started the return and they sent it almost as soon as I was done filling out the form. We received the new one and quite frankly, I’m in love. It works so well. It covered the price in little over 8 days. Now when the ice melts in my cup my ice tastes like my water. (I am a super taster/smeller). I would recommend this ice maker. It’s easy to clean (white vinegar). It takes less than 10 hours to completely fill out freezer ice maker(that broke hence why we purchased this product), a 132oz jug, a 2 gal bowl and various cups and jugs 32oz to 64oz. We absolutely love the ice maker. Do follow your instructions!!!! Do not turn on right away. Let it sit like it says. The reason is bc of the compressor/coolant and shipping/handling. Definitely would buy again.
