ICE-TACULAR! – Have really enjoyed this machine! The ice is not as soft as I thought it would be but not extra hard on the teeth either. It’s easy to clean and start up is easy too. The manual is not very comprehensive but does enough I guess..lol. Had a small issue with the ice maker and the company went above and beyond to help me!! Overall have been very pleased..5 stars!

Good machine could use some improvements – It’s a challenge to clean well and the motor runs hot and the fan eventually gives out. For the price they should install a higher end fan so it lasts longer than 6 months. Otherwise I love having this ice maker because the refrigerator at our rental doesn’t have one. The cubes are rounded, with a hole in the center so they do melt rather fast but it makes a good quantity rather quickly. It does take a lot of bottled water though! I wouldn’t recommend tap water with this machine.

Worked great for 7 months….no manual on line that I can find. – Truly liked this little ice maker until yesterday. Cleaned it yesterday as I do biweekly. It says ADD WATER and it is full of water. No Idea how to reset it other that turn it off for awhile. HOLD the clean button. Clean again. Blow out the vent to make sure no sensor has dust. The silly thing will not stay running because it thinks it is out of water. SEARCH ON LINE FOR A MANUAL, this machine seems to be discontinued and no longer supported. Anyone have a manual?

produces small cubes good for only 2-3 glasses at a time – Cubes are good but small even for the large size choice about half the size of one ice cube on a tray. Produces cubes good for only 2-3 glasses at a time. Bigger than a coffee maker as estimated for counter space. Have to be plugged all day to produce cubes every time it is emptied.

So Far So Good – Outcasing material is mostly plastic and the is a vent hole for the motor to release hot air. ice style/shape are bullet shape (small and large).
