Short lived – I bought this in February 2022 and I started having issues with it Sept 2022. I had to clean the various parts, and it ran for another week and Here we are in October 2022 and it will run water, but it will not make any Ice. a total waste of money

Bad product – I only had this product for 3 months only used it about 10X and its already broken. Once it makes the ice it doesn’t dump it in the tray,money wasted.

No Indicator When the Ice Basket is Full – I agree with most of the comments mentioned in the other reviews so I will not repeat them. However, there is one issue that I will, mention. This ice maker does not have any means of alerting you when the ice basket is full, it just stops making ice. Other ice makers have various types of indicators to alert you when the ice basket is full, a red light or some type of sound. This one does nothing. There have been times when it stopped making ice, and I did not know that the basket was full. The problem is, when the basket fills up, the ice maker stops making ice. If the ice in the basket is not dumped, it will melt. If it melts below the cutoff line the ice maker will start making ice again. There have been times when I have gotten up in the morning only to find the ice maker, making ice. It had been cycling through this process all night. The ice basket fills up, the ice maker stops making ice, the ice in the basket melts and the ice maker starts making ice again. This process will happen repeatedly until the ice is removed from the ice basket, or the ice maker is turned off
