Super – I absolutely love this dishwasher. It is so quiet you don’t even know it’s running. Dishes are clean and plastics are spot free.

Super dishwasher! – works like a charm

Takes getting use to having a smaller drawer – It gets my dishes clean but I am still learning how to load them.

Best for traditional dishware, + prefers powder or powder tablet soap – Wish I could give 3.5 stars. I’ve had it almost a year. Pros: cool factor, minimal bending over, energy star, uses very little drying liquid. I like that you don’t have to set a clock or future cleaning time; you can just set to wash for example, 5 hours from now. The stainless steel is also super easy to clean and keep clean-you don’t need any fancy cleaning products. Cons: exterior stabilization brackets aren’t intuitive to install and don’t seem very heavy duty. It recommends not using a clear drying product because the quantity indicator uses color to sense if it’s full or empty. Even though the racks / accessories are flexible and seem like they’d be really versatile, I still find that the unit is designed best for traditional dishware. Unfortunately I don’t use a ton of traditional dishes. In fact, it doesn’t fit plastic ware, bowls, or pots/pans particularly efficiently. There are inserts for the flatware basket to keep them from spooning eachother but the handle part of my flatware is too wide so can’t use those. It appears to me that it would only really work with skinny-handle flatware. My biggest disappointment though is the computer. If I accidentally start the top drawer when I meant to start the bottom or there’s an error notification (annoying beeping) and I fix the error (remove fork from the path of the water sprayer) there’s still a specific combination of buttons you have to push and which has never worked for me. It sounds like this is a known issue though because it’s mentioned in the troubleshooting and says you may have to reset the unit by turning it off at the breaker. To be clear, this machine doesn’t have an on/off power switch so if I want to cancel or start over or even change the cycle type after I’ve hit the start button, I have to turn it off and on again at the electric box! Speaking of cycle types… Us humans love the luxury of choice but the best performing cycle in my experience is the regular one. I think the fast cycle is for nearly already clean dishes, idk what’s the point of that. The rinse only cycle is kind of nice but then the extra dry feature doesn’t even seem as dry as the normal cycle. Ultimately I like having a dishwasher in a drawer, two drawers in fact, but there are very few brands that make them and as far as this brand and model goes, the computer and design still need some work.

Great for smaller family – Excellent product. Replaced a 15 yr old Bosch. Rock solid horizontal slides. Easy to load compartments but does require some relearning how to stack dishes to get clean. We use for Cephalon cookware as well.

Don’t Waste Your Money – This dishwasher does not have a dry feature and worst of all, half of the time, the dishes come out really dirty, like they never got washed at all. We throughly clean off and rinse all of our dishes so dishes coming out dirty and needing to be washed again is terrible. Also, you need to use powered soap.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! – I paid almost $2,000.00 dollars for the dishwasher and the bottom drawer does not work! When I called Fisher Paykel about the warranty work, they said that the seller was not an authorized dealer and therefore there was nothing that they could do about it.
