Great, but a few flaws – The soap dispenser does not open all the time and the wash cycles seem a little long. I also wish it had a alarm when it starts the dry cycle so I can turn off the water. The stabalizing leg broke before we ran it the first time.

Dishwasher works great – Shipping container was damaged during delivery and the dishwasher door was dented in the process. The damage did not affect the dishwashers performance.

Great unit – This dishwasher has been a saving grace. When we received it the outside of the unit was slightly damaged but I expected that due to how heavy it is for shipping. We put the hoses together and hooked it up and it works perfectly no leak and it does a really good job

Great for small kitchens – We installed the dishwasher under a counter and ad the plumbing installed for it … we have a fantastic contractor great little 18” wide dishwasher for a small kitchen all the other 5-star reviews were right … all the features and functions of a full size washer

Good value for the money – The first one i received didn’t work from the time it came. The exchange process was excellent and I understand that things happen in shipping or sometimes something slips by QC. The second one leaks, but only about 1/2 cup to a cup of water from around the door seal. I think a combination of seals swelling from the hot water and water tension keeps it from leaking more. After playing with the seals a bit and running it through a couple of cycles, I am plenty sure that I have the problem kicked. Overall it isn’t a bad product and the manufacturer made good on the exchange in a fairly timely manner. The reason for the four stars is that if a customer returned an item to be replaced, I would make sure the second item was in prime condition before it left my doors with absolutely nothing wrong with it. Still though, the product is worthy of the 4 stars.
