Great investment – I love this washer. I’ve had this washer for over 6 to 7 months. I was so impressed that I also bought the costway dryer. The best part is there are so many options for water level and washing and I also want to add how quite it is. There is an option to air dry as well. The instructions are to use cold water so I do. The best also how clean your clothes come out. Omg ladies, gentlemen this great choice for apartment, traveling on a mobile home and perfect for space preserving. I’m so proud of my self. I bought a cheaper portable washer from Amazon, I can’t remember the name but it was loud and the tub inside never stayed in place. It was cheap. I paid about $159 for it and believe me you I almost gave up. The dryer is so quite and it’s bigger inside then I thought. Well done Costway great creation that actually well worth the investment I also bought the roller for the washer to move around when I’m washing. You can lock the wheels. So happy washing customer.

Not so perfect! – I was so excited to upgrade my portable washing machine. Wanted something bigger that would also fit in a small bathroom. The size is perfect! Can fit a lot of clothes! My issue is, you can not turn in this machine unless lid is closed. I like to add soap and clothes while machine is filling up with water, but you cannot do this, since as soon as you open the lid, the machine SHUTS OFF completely and you will have to turn it back on and start all over again. It does not just pause, but it shuts off anytime you open the lid. This is very disappointing. I understand having a child lock, like pausing and beeping when lid opens like other machines. But completely shutting off? I can see trouble in the long run when the lid gets defected and does not close completely flat, machine will not even turn on! Please tell me there is a way to bypass this child lock system?! Also, water inlet hose is extremely short and leaks from faucet. I might return it…
