I Have Gas Now and Stylish Blue Lights – The new gas range/oven was well packaged and shipped quickly. The style has flush burner grills, cool blue accent lights, well lite oven, quick ignite burners, and five unique burners on top. One important negative is the stainless steel does print and mark up pretty easily. So make sure you have your stainless steel cleaner handy. As well, make sure if you are hooking it up to propane you go to Cosmos website and order the sold separately propane gas tips for your model. Another thing to keep in mind is the ignitors require 110v power (regular house outlet) and the power cord that comes with you unit is 4-5′ long with a standard plug on the end. The power supply doesn’t have to be large, but it won’t work with you typical 220v electric oven home setup. If you’re not handy, you may have to have an electrician run the cord behind the cabinets to an under sink power supply or another outlet installed. Not a big deal. For now, we’ve plugged it in at the backspace until I can get to the hardware store. Ultimately, the price was very reasonable for this unit and my wife has gas!

Nice Stove – This stove looks pretty in my kitchen; however, there are some odd things about it though. There isn’t an alert when the oven gets to temperature which is pretty necessary for me. I will have to put a thermometer in the oven to check the temperature. Also, the knobs for the burners are in an unexpected order but I am guessing it is because of the location of the oven knob.

Beautifully made – This piece is gorgeous and functional. It has been a while since cooking on a gas stove and it is so much easier. Clean up is much more labor intensive than my old glass top…duh. when she is clean she is gorgeous. The pic of it boxed up is how it was delivered while I was at work. The shipping company is horrible. They changed the delivery day on this purchase 5 times. Forget them needing a signature as stated when you order it. They just dump and leave when they feel like it. I have fought tooth and nail to make this stove a part of my kitchen ensemble. She is worth every penny. Now if I could only find the matching microwave.

A long wait just to be disappointed. – I ordered this stove on May 13th.It was delivered on July 21st. It spent two months in XPO’s warehouse in Massachusetts.The delivery date was changed 4 times by XPO always with less than 24 hours notice. Every time they did it the tracking info said ” delivery date changed at customer’s request” which was infuriating because it was not true. I made one request to change the date but I only had to do that because they kept changing it.When it finally arrived I made the mistake of not opening the box because it looked fine on the outside and I was just so relieved to have it. It is scratched or dented on both sides, the top and front! I contacted the manufacturer because that is what the paper work that came with the stove said to do.The return window with Amazon expired almost a month before I received the stove.The manufacturer says the replacement parts are “currently unavailable” and even if they had them who is going to install them? Me? To add insult to injury I also needed an LP conversion kit which I could only get through the manufacturer. I made three email requests for help from the manufacturer with the LP conversion kit which were ignored. I finally called directly and was able to order it. So here I sit with a stove that looks like it came from a scratch and dent sale waiting for the LP conversion kit that cost an extra $55.00.A lot of this is not Amazon’s fault.The damage could have happened anywhere along the line but XPO ships for Amazon and they held my appliance hostage for two months and Amazon closed my return window before I ever got the stove.This was a major purchase for us and made only because my current stove is on it’s last leg.When I finally get it hooked up I will review the appliance.Lets hope the damage is “only “cosmetic.

My biggest Amazon Purchase Experience – This Range is Amazing. Very sturdy and powerful. The stainless steel is of high quality. The cast iron grates are heavy and very well built. The stainless steel is not thin like one review said and you do not need a flashlight to see the baking temp like another review stated. The range is very well built and a good size for your bucks. Cooks just like a Viking with a gorgeous flame. Make sure you condition the oven by heating the oven on the highest temperature before use for 30 min to burn off any manufacturing residue and you get the best results from the start. All together added you get 45,000 BTU’s on all burners. I also suggest you read the user Manuel to know what to do and what not to do and how to clean it incase of any spills during cooking. Do not skip the manual. The only negative I have was the Delivery of the product. The delivery was an extreme mess. I was extremely unhappy with the unprofessional delivery. The platform button on the Amazon truck was not working and the guys manually removed the range from above the platform. The range could have fallen on top of them. Please make sure the person delivering your product is using professional moving equipment like straps and is being careful. Also as the item made it inside my house, my wall was banged and wood floor scratched. So please make sure this doesn’t happen to you. I gave the product itself a 5 star but the delivery I give it a zero.
