Hopeful, but not entirely convinced – FINAL UPDATE REGARDING CALIBRATION: To bring the oven temperature up, DECREASE the calibration until you get to the correct temp. To take the oven temperature down, INCREASE the calibration until you get to the correct temp. Seems backward and it’s not mentioned in the manual, but the company is now aware of it and will hopefully note it in their next manual. Love this high-quality oven!

It’s huge. – The doors are so big I have to stand to the side to put things in the oven and to take hot dishes out is precarious. I have only used it a few times but the temperature seems right.

Really nice oven. HAPPY CUSTOMER – GREAT PRODUCT!!!! We’re really pleased with this product. The first one arrived with the door glass broken, but Amazon in a few days, came back, picked it up and delivered another one. One thing you need to know about this oven, IT IS COMMERCIAL, THEREFORE YOU MUST BE CAREFUL WHEN SETTING THE TEMPERATURE. IT GETS REALLY REALLY HOT AND BAKES FAST.

Wear gloves when removing cosmo oven doors razor sharp edge I had on one side – Everything went perfect with the delivery and even picking room of choice . My dad asked them to unpack it to check for damages the company was polite and respectful and did unwrap it and taken out the package it came in to trash . Our old oven box was to small since my brother in law is a carpenter and knows electric as well he was hired to do the cabinet box and install . Once I get the paint done I’m sure it will look awesome . The old oven box added shelves to place microwave toaster oven and bread machine worked out well beings this house has a double pantry that we used to make it happen .

Best oven we have ever had – Fit and finish is great. Works awesome. We had it professionally installed and cabinets had a smaller oven so carpenter was able to open the hole up. Looks amazing and it cooks so much better than the old oven. I can say this is in a whole nother league of its own.
