It works – So far we’ve run three loads and are happy with performance, it also showed up on the day promised…. but installation was a challenge. It has a drain hose and a supply hose that attach to the back of the unit and the other ends of both of those connect to the gadget that you attach to your kitchen faucet. First problem was the drain hose, it came with a spring style hose clamp to attach it to the machine but we couldn’t get it to open large enough to go over the hose – easy fix, trip to the local hardware store for a different hose clamp. Next issue, we cannot put this beside the sink so we wanted to plumb it in – it comes with instructions, sort of, and a drawing for how to do that. Problem was there was no indication of what size fixtures, our local hardware store had nothing that the supply hose would screw onto, called the support number in the manual and they couldn’t tell us, went to a real plumbing supply and they had nothing, however they were able to refer us to a place that carried metric parts. That did the trick, came home with quite a combination of bits to get that supply hose connected to standard US plumbing and now we’re in business.

$400 for 7 months of use is a bad investment. – My dishwasher worked perfectly for 6 mo. Then the pump that removes the dirty water became very loud. In the 7th month the dishwasher died. The cleaning ability of the dishwasher is perfect. Dishes come out

I knew it was going to be too tall for my counter because I live in a handicap apt. and the cupboards are 14″ above the counter. I had to put it on a cart. Be sure to drain the hoses as best as possible or water will run out. I wish there was a way to store the hoses without having to let them kind of hang there. Same with the plug in cord. Otherwise, it cleans well using powdered dishwasher soap. Pods don’t work as well. It is very quiet.

Perfect for 1-2 people family – We swapped a regular sized dishwasher with this one because we are a family of two and we rarely used the regular sized dishwasher because it was too big and we weren’t fans of leaving dirty dishes more than a day. Since we started using this dishwasher, we have been running it daily and we love it! It looks fine as a built-in dishwasher underneath the counter. I believe we had to buy a few little things from a hardware store for plumbing as a built-in, which we expected. We love the rapid 25-minute cycle. Make sure you don’t put anything on the front left corner because if you do, the detergent compartment won’t open fully and there will be detergent residue. This is much cheaper option than the narrow dish washer which we considered but are priced 2x more expensive. My only regret is we didn’t buy this sooner!
