I really wanted to love it – So I got it 2 days earlier which was exciting. I unboxed and set it up right away. It comes with 2 pods and a rinse aid sample to use to I did 2 loads. The first load was great, no problem at all. The second load, the dishes were still full of food and dirty. The pod had also not dissolved and was stuck. I went to the store grabbed a liquid detergent thinking it was the pod that was the issue. I filled both compartments with the liquid gel thinking maybe it’s not enough soap for the dirty dishes. I had it on the heavy mode with the pod and put it on heavy mode with the gel as well and still the dishes came out scummy. I ended up having to just take them out and rinse them myself in the sink which defeats the dishwasher purpose. I decided to do another load and this time put 1 pod and gel on the other compartment, dishes weren’t as dirty as before just a few plates and coffee mugs. Well the plates still had some parts of food on them. Not as much as the previous load, but it’s just becoming annoying to have to rinse out the dishes after they’ve washed. I’m still trying to figure out how to best use it so that the dishes come out clean and will update once I do more loads.

Almost perfect – Love this little dishwasher! This thing has made life much easier. I’m a single mom of 2 boys and I can fit just about anything in this thing. Cookie sheets, pots, and pans, all fit with a little imagination. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that there are some large gaps in the roller tray. When washing sippy cups and lids, I have to be really careful about where I place the items as they don’t all fit on the drop down tray. Great little dishwasher and perfect for a rental home where a permanent dishwasher isn’t an option.

Big time and energy saver. – I’ve been handwashing dishes for years, but it has become a burden and a time thief. I finally accepted my husband’s suggestion to get a countertop dishwasher and I’m very grateful I did. The dishes are clean and sterile and although I can’t fit everything in there, it is enough to make things much easier for me. It does take up a lot of counterspace next to the sink, but it was worth the sacrifice. The only complaint I had was the washing instructions don’t give a clear picture of the amount of dishwashing liquid and rinse agent to use, but with a little trial and error, I figured it out. This is a good fit for a tiny house or for a one or two person household.
