    Shakes tremendously – unless bolts removed – This machine vibrates so much it moves! Very unhappy with it. Terrible waste of money.

    LINT. EVERYWHERE. – So, it’s wonderful. My husband installed it in my closet because I have chronic pain and this way I don’t have to haul my laundry anywhere. I love it. My only complaint is there’s no lint trap so my clothes come out covered in lint and hair. I’m sure there has to be an easy solution to that, but I’ve yet to find it.

    Wonderful machine…. – My husband and I live in a 42 ft 5th wheel and this the best washer/dryer unit for a place this small…. Read the instructions it will help you greatly and use mainly the wash dry setting it is the one that works for everything…. Put in small basket load… Add detergent… Set it and forget it…. 5 hr 43 min later everything done

    REMOVE THE 4 TRANSPORT BOLTS IN THE BACK OF MACHINE!!!! – I set up the washer/dryer and was super excited until I started the first load! The thing shook my basement so violently like it was possessed and walked around… it also ripped the drainage hose out of the wall and water was everywhere. Needless to say I was over it… the washer wasn’t full of clothes, the washer/dryer was level. I couldn’t figure it out. I contacted Amazon customer service and started a return. The day before it was scheduled to be picked up… and then I saw a video about “transport bolts” AND how you have to remove all 4 bolts. I cancelled the return!! Then 5 days later it started doing its walking thing asking so it’s not the bolts. This combo Absolutely SUCKS! It takes FOREVER to dry… No exaggeration 4hrs at least. I started to hang drying the clothes it dried faster and cheaper than running the dryer, I end up returning it. The great thing about amazon is the return, they send a company to the house and picks it up as-is no box. You just need to put it by a entry door first!

    Awesome compact solution for small spaces – I love the fact that this machine both washes and dries clothing. It’s compact, space saving, saves on water and electric. However, it takes a total of SIX hours to complete a wash & dry cycle.
