Customer Service is Excellent! – This unit was reviewed and suggested as one of the best machines in the category. I purchased with excitement, especially since it had a coupon for additional savings! About 9 months into owning, the compressor system went out in the unit causing it not to cool. I contacted Lucy with customer service who quickly responded with a solution to have me up and running again! The product comes with a two year warranty which is great. I would buy this unit again and recommend to a friend because of the customer service we received. Thanks again!

Company easy to work with – After two years, my wine cooler stopped working. I contacted the company and after a few months, I received a new one. It is so quiet compared to the first one. I think that might have been a sign that something wasn’t right with the first one. It is beautiful and keeps my wine chilled perfectly. Working with the company took a few months, but they were gracious and cooperative. I would do business with them again.

Looks fantastic and great functionality. – This cooler is great. It arrived fast and in perfect condition. A few small notable concerns. The noise level is much noisier than expected. I ordered this one because it was a few dB lower than others. I would disagree with It’s dB rating. It kicks on every 10-15 mins. I’ll have to get use to that & I haven’t seen my electric bill yet. The wine cools to 2-4 degrees lower than set temp. I had it set at 42 and it was reading 39 for a few days. So I adjusted it to 44 and it’s been staying at 42ish.

Pretty good for the money – Pretty happy so far. I removed 2 shelves (had to use LONG screwdriver blade) but got pretty good at it. I am now able to get many more of my “oversize” bottles of wine in. I am sure it is not 110 bottles but you need to be creative. Motor noise is acceptable. Have a about a 4 F degree temp range which appears to be true.
