Handle broke easily – I was loving this and using it daily and the handle broke after a month. Disappointed and looking for a sturdier replacement.

So good – Got this for work, have a small 10’x12’ treatment room for facials with hardwood floors and an area rug. Generally mop the floor but the new area rug was starting to look a little shabby and wanted an easier option than to wash it in a washing machine. Liked that this sweeper said worked on both hardwood and carpet as another one I was about to purchase said not for hardwood floors. Assembled this quickly and swept the floor of my treatment room and hallway. Super quiet which is nice and the floor definitely looked cleaner. I flipped it over to empty the contents into the trash and was amazed by how much dust and hair was collected. So much faster and easier than mopping. The comb/cleaner helped to easily untangle/pull off the hair wrapped around the rod. So happy with this purchase. I have several other cleaning products from Casabella that I’ve always been happy with and this was a winner too

Works as well as my vacuum cleaner and a heck of a lot easier and faster to use than the vacuum – Assembled quite easily and I didn’t even need instructions it’s so obvious how to do it. Works great on my carpet for picking up residual cookies, crackers, and potato chips after my three-year old granddaughter snacks and drops the bits and pieces as she does. Update: This is so great and easy that I now use it consistently instead of my expensive vacuum cleaner!!!! And the brush cleaning tool works great in removing my wife’s long silver hair. I _strongly_ recommend this product!

Not a bad little sweeper – I wanted a little sweeper to sweep my patio rug and carpet. Very easy to assemble and very easy to empty. I like the raking tool that comes with it and attaches to the handle of the sweeper (I’m sure it would get lost otherwise). The box claims “quiet pickup for all floor surfaces”. It is not quiet when rolling it across the floor. The rollers are quite loud when using it. I’m only using this on thin carpet and throw rugs so I can’t attest to other thicknesses or surfaces but it picked up the debris quite well although some pieces required several passes before it picked them up. Out of curiosity, I went from dry carpet, to wet carpet and back to dry carpet and it did just fine. No difference in picking up wet or dry debris. Besides the squeaky rollers, my only other issue right off the bat was the handle. The pieces screw together but after that short testing I did, the piece that screws onto the sweeper as well as the handle both backed off/started unscrewing from the piece it was screwed to. So I had to retighten the pieces before putting it away. I might have to add some loctite to the pieces to stop that from happening. Overall, I like this sweeper and think I did well with this purchase.

Handle is in sections and doesn’t stay tight. – The handle keeps coming loose even after I super flewed the sections together.

Sweeper works great – This sweeper works great. I have low pile rugs. I can’t say how it would work on higher pile rugs or carpeting. This is a sweeper not a vacuum. It will not get up every little tiny bit you have on your floor or rug. Don’t expect it to work as a vacuum. I use the sweeper in between vacuuming.
