It’s beautiful and wow does it have power – It was a little temperamental to install.. instructions were not exactly step by step but the end result is gorgeous. It has great suction, I can’t imagine ever needing the highest power. At the highest level it’s quite noisy but work fantastically (and.not super loud) at the lower level so I am fine with it.

Pilot holes are missing in multiple locations. Illustrations are incorrect. You want a non-ducted unit? Sure, you have to purchase a separate non-ducted package (over $100) that is only available in a few locations online. The on-ducted kit arrives and is missing screws! This entire process was awful – this unit and company in general has some of the worst quality control and instructions I have ever seen. Go with any other brand. Avoid at all costs.
