      a Fan – We had a unique outdated side fan in our kitchen. The fan stopped working and over time the light stopped working also. I was delighted to find a fan that not only fit the space but was my favorite color.

      No Hassle Returns – I bought this for my mobile home no local store had one it was a perfect fit. It was half the price of other online range hoods . I had to return the first one i got fan rubbed against the metal frame possible shipping issue. but very easy process i had the new unit in 2 days Amazing turnaround. I had to return the other ups with so many days or be charged. Install completed looks great and Super bright light. I had to buy bulbs . Very Good Value for the $$ I paid would definitely buy again at this point. its been 3 days. !!!!

      Good unit – Box was completely undamaged (heard horror stories about that) but unit still has a noticeable ding in the upper part of the unit. Its my guess that the metal is just so thin that it will form these from the slightest stresses, moving, mounting, etc.

      Great replacement vent – This product has been great so far. It was difficult to find a replacement because our previous vent was 42 inches long. This one was easy to install and my husband and I did it in less than 15 minutes. I had read other reviews that said that the vent arrived dented and ours had a small dent on the front but I just stuck a magnet over it. And honestly it wasn’t really noticeable. Also, the lights are a bit tricky to figure out at first. We had to order the bulbs. And the strange suction cup that you may think you should toss out because you don’t see what it is for, is for installing the light bulbs. Lol. Overall great product, not super noisy and the lights are pretty bright!

      Unit is fine; packaging for shipping totally unacceptable – Just got this installed today and it took my handyman several hours to do it. Not the fault of the Range Hood, just that the 30 year old range hood we were replacing had been done badly and he had to re-rig a lot of stuff to get this in. The fan is very quiet and has two speeds, the faster speed being a bit noiser than the slow speed of course. I love that the lights (which must be bought separately) have two levels of brightness. My only complaint, is the same one most people had with this range hood and this brand. It arrived dented, right in the middle of the front. I used a rubber hammer and washcloth to try to un-dent it but that didn’t fix it. I decided I could live with the dent as it is only really noticeble from a side angle and not so much from the straight on view. It is ridiculous the way this was packaged. Two styrofoam protectors on each end and absolutely no protection to the front or the back or top or bottom of the unit, except the cardboard box around it. Because of lack of protection it was dented in front and one of the grease screens on the bottom was bent pretty good. I was able to straighten the screen out pretty well and the bent part isn’t noticeable under the hood, but it should have been packaged decently for shipping and was not. I would likely have given this 5 stars except for the fact that almost every review has commented on the bad packaging and the resulting dents. Shame on the manufacturer for being so thoughtless and lazy about this.
