Love this push carpet sweeper – I love this carpet sweeper. I don’t know why I didn’t get one sooner because it’s very convenient for wood floors and area rugs.

Great product until… – I purchased 4 of these sweepers for our restaurant and within weeks the polls wouldn’t stay together. They kept unscrewing. As we are a high volume restaurant, I thought buying commercial grade sweepers would last longer than a few weeks. Pro tip: when putting the polls together for the first time, use white plumbers tape on each connection point to create a stronger grip.

a very durable product – I got this to replace one I bought 21 years ago and use it every summer on my pontoon boat. 21 years is a long time and this is the exact same sweeper. I am amazed and thrilled to get this replacement. (It will out last ME, for sure !) It picks up a mess of pine needles, even wet ones which my lakeside boat always has. Picks up sand and all. I leave it stowed yearlong on my boat which is in on a Maine lake. A wonderful product.

I thought that this was great customer service to replace a sweeper that wasn’t a year old and had already broken. I received the “replacement” sweeper today…they sent me a $20 model?! They didn’t send me a replacement of the same model? None too pleased with this. So, I contacted them to find out why I did not receive an exact model replacement and am waiting to hear back. In the meantime, given that I have just now received a $20 sweeper, I am seeking out a volunteer who would be willing to spot weld the $60 sweeper so that we can use it again. So frustrating.

Doesn’t work well on carpet like we were hoping – I think this would work great on non-carpeted floors, but we really needed it to work in our cat room which has carpet. So I cannot give it high marks since it isn’t doing the job you wanted to do. We will keep it for the kitchen.
