forget pads – My machine came mostly assembled which was a good thing, however I found it impossible to keep the pads from flying off. The pads are to be clipped on with a chessey plastic clip which I’m still baffled who could design or more important expect these clips to work. I called Bissel thinking that they had a fix for this problem and was surprised to hear they didn’t. They knowing of this problem continue selling this item like they couldn’t care less. On a good note the bristle brushes work great and Amazon was great with my satisfaction.

It gets the job done – We have been trying to remove wax build-up from our hardwood floors for months. I decided to give the last DIY try and purchased Bissel Scrubber. We are delighted with the results. The scrubber is sturdy and does heavy-duty work. I note, however, that it comes short of features that you would expect any household appliance to have in 2020. For example, it doesn’t have any sort of lock that keeps it straight when not in use. It fell on the floor a couple of times – until we started to lean it on the walls.

Dye into the grout – I bought these 45-0233-2 SCRUB BRUSHES for my Model #BGFS5000 thru Amazon.com but these scrubbers gave off a tan dye color and it stained our tile grout. The dye from the brushes ruined our tile grout. Is there a non-color or white durable brushed for grout cleaning available or recommend?
