very disappointing – this machine has great potentialm nice weight, easily maneuverable, nice scrubbingpower, vaccuums up all the dirty water. but after one day the vaccum motor stopped working, the next day the whole machine stopped working even though battery was fully changed. If this machine actually worked you could sell a million of them because it is ten times mor cappable that a Hoovermatel. I called service and a lady gave me an email address for service. As it turns out the email was off by one letter, but when I called the next day, they said there was no service advise for Amazon purchasers that didn’t buy directly from the factory. I finally figuredout the correct email, and they said they would have an answer back in 3 days….two weeks later – nothing, It is getting returned.
