Hot Water Solved My Problem – I reviewed this Amana dishwasher model when I purchased it in 2015 but can’t find my review. Today I want to report that the problem of my dishes not getting clean was for two reasons: (1) I had forgotten to clean the filter, and (2) the hot water was not reaching the unit at the beginning of the cycle. Once I fixed it, a full load of cups, bowls, plates and cutlery gets properly clean on the one-hour cycle. I also prefer the design of the jets located under the shelves and aiming up over the kind on top that take up more space are more likely to collide with things. Go Amana!
