Gorgeous piece – I have never seen anything like this in any home I viewed while looking for a house. Great luster and haven’t used it yet. I am in the process of repositioning the vent hose since mine came out of the back of the unit and this comes out of the top. A gorgeous piece!

We were underwhelmed by the size of this unit and decided to custom fabricate our own base for this which matches our kitchen perfectly. We have copper light fixtures, sink and hardware so this really sets everything off and pull it all together. I must say that the suction is superb and although we are not venting to the outside, i cannot imagine anything escaping the suction on full blast if you were. Hopeful it lasts as long as the kitchen does, but, doesn’t seem like it will be a problem based on the quality build I encountered while fabricating the wood base.
