Worst customer service ever – Worst purchase as of yet, the unit is beautiful but the high speed didn’t work and it came damaged. I contacted the seller they said they would give me 25$ back. What is that going to do?? I said no send me a replacement they said 50$ Amazon card. That was on the 9th of March. It’s now the 23rd of March I guess they figured if they delayed this long enough I would give in. Well, nope they wanted my phone # so they could call to discuss the issue. Told me to send it back then they would decide if they would send a new one or credit my acct. I told them send the replacement and I’ll send this one back. They wouldn’t so i had to file this thru Amazon. We will see what happens?? The units are very nice but really crappy company and customer service is the worst. If you get a good one it’s great but hopefully you won’t have to call customer service. **UPDATE**April 7th after a month they finally sent a replacement but it’s a half of a hood. So I’m supposed to disassemble the first one, take the parts and build the second one?? Which is DAMAGED also the corner is been hit and one of the bottom edge of the metal where the filters go is bent…..I’m done!!! I’ve tried but the only recourse at this point is send it all back and get a refund, so disappointed I really liked this one but I’m not hanging junk in my new kitchen

Great value, looks great. – Looks really good and gets a lot of compliments. Control design is sleek and operation is good. I installed this by myself over the kitchen island. The suction is not great but I have it at the max allowed height over the cooktop. I would recommend putting it as low as head space will allow. Fan grates remove easily to clean. I worry about the longevity just due to the price, but I’ve had it up almost a year now and am very satisfied.

BEAUTIFUL – It is the most beautiful hood I have ever seen! It works amazingly! I did have a contractor install it because it was installed over an island with open beam vaulted ceiling. My favorite part of my new kitchen!!

A few quality control issues! Read before buying – The Copper vent fan is nice overall… BE AWARE.. the mounting screws and nuts are tiny.. not all the screw holes on the fan assembly where the hood mounts to the brackets were even lined up well enough to use.

Beautiful and functional – We really love this hood! We remodeled our kitchen with a stove on the island and the hood looks fantastic above it. Works great and I don’t notice it being any noisier than any other hood.
