      Great product in my budget – Good product and easy enough to install. I found their YouTube page with exact instructions on how to install which helped a lot more then the written ones provided. The time is 12 hour format also.

      Wow, Couldn’t be happier… – Wow! I couldn’t be happier with this hood! Its beautiful, easy to use, easy installation instructions. Makes my kitchen look great!

      Satisfied! – It looks great and hubby said easy to install. However we have issues with the clock. It’s bright as a UFO and our dog barked at it all night until we put black tape over it. Which I guess we will leave there since there were no instructions on how to set the clock. None of the diagrams in the book matched ours.

      Love it! – We bought our home 32 yrs ago, when we moved in the exhaust was on the ceiling, and it stayed that way for 32 yrs. We bought a new range, it was alot hotter than my old one, so we needed a range hood, we looked and looked, before we decided on this one, Greatest Purchase EVER!! It works real good, and the only thing I don’t care for is, when you use higher speeds the grates start to vibrate alittle, easy fix I put folded up paper in between the grate and the side.

      Pretty but tough install – Just installed. The good: Nice painted exterior finish with decent material thickness. The bad: Supporting bracket and hardware needs a serious redesign. Terrible installation instructions and the youtube video not much better. All of the hardware (sheet metal screws and nuts and bolts) are way too small and could be accomplished with fewer but larger bolts and nuts. Ditch these tiny 5/8 inch long machine screws and nuts (4 per corner) and get bigger and fewer nuts/bolts-and the nuts need to be lock nut type. At 50 lbs, each corner need only hold 13 pounds each so fewer and larger will do the trick. The ceiling mounting bracket should be redesigned to incorporate a welded nut in rear or portruding metal tabs to grab the brackets. The tiny course thread screws attaching bracket to hood are undersized. Do not use a power drill. I built a simple 2X4 “table” support that was 3 inches shorter than height to rest unit on then shimmed it upward to attach to ceiling-much easier install.

We sent photos where we had just opened the box and there they were, rusted. This is why I didn’t even bother trying to get the unit replaced because of how long it took just to get the rusted pieces replaced and we didn’t see the dented corner until it was installed; 2 days after the new frame came in.

      Damaged – Takes a bit to install this but after my husband got the vent part installed. (Which is practically complete at this point) we get the box and pull the hood out and it had a dent right in the front. And as you know most husbands are not going to take it down and return it. It’s just disappointing that it was damaged. Picture attached.
