Awesome ice maker – Great for anywhere you have an electrical outlet ( patio, deck, garage, etc.). Fresh ice to put in your drinks! Just bring a couple of one gallon jugs of purified water to fill the reservoir.

Defecetive – The seller is great with communicating with the buyer. I originally ordered in July and my machine worked great than all of a sudden stopped working. Reached out to the seller they sent a replacement after determining it was not fixable. I received my second machine and again it worked well and now the 2nd machine continuously says add water and only makes the ice if I unplug the machine for a few days and then takes about an hour or more to make ice. Once it makes one set of cubes it states ad water and there is water in the machine. I am not sure if these machines are meant only for temporary use. Pass time limit to get a replacement again. Dang!! I really liked the machine.

Have to constantly keep filling with water and emptying ice tray. Maybe if you were sitting there watching it and emptying as soon as full then you might be able to make a lot of ice.

The ice cubes begin to melt in the basket that hold the completed ice cubes. By the time the red indicator light comes on for the ice full, there’s a fair amount of water accumulation in the basket from the melting ice. Ther drainage in the basket is not adequate to prevent the water build up in the basket. I put the ice cubes into a bin in my freezer but they ALWAYS end up in a big frozen clump of ice. I would not buy this product again
