Different cooking style – Kinda hard to adjust for cooking. Would like to see more detailed use for settings, because I feel Like I’m just guessing on temp for cooking stuff.. and for preheating and even what type of pots/pans to use on this thing. It has done great for making spaghetti and grilled cheese and such… but I’m used to electric range of low, medium and high. Not 300 – 1100 on different settings of BBQ- stir fry…
