Haven’t turned on yet but install was cake – We haven’t used it yet as our kitchen is still being renovated but the install and wipe down were easy easy!

works ok but not like it should – gas valve shafts wobble, VERY touchy to adjust the flames while cooking. When turned up full, the smallest burner has highest flame, largest burner has smallest flame and I have the adjustment fully open on the largest burner. I’ve learned to adjust to it though. But it doesn’t work as it ought to. Got mine during Amazon’s blow out sale for $150 shipped. Definitely can’t complain about it for that price. I’d recommend saving up a bit more $$$ and buying something better though.

Faulty- Large burner will not light – I purchased the 3 burner for LPG use. I liked the configuration where you have one large burner by itself for more room with use of large pots. The small and medium size burners work fine. You have to tune them after you install the LPG nozzles. The large burner no matter how much you tune it will not light. I’ve made countless attempts now to no avail. I’ve checked all the hole to make sure they aren’t clogged. The electric start works fine. I’ve got it to turn on now and then, only to get a tiny flame that won’t stay lit. On those rare occasions that I did get it to light, you can smell and hear the gas coming out of the other holes of the burner. This had a faulty design. I don’t know if I’m the only person with this problem one the 3 burner.

Next the instructions to install the propane conversion are totally useless. What you need to know is the parts are burner specific They are not labeled so there is no way to know which one goes to which burn If you install them and the burners sputter or flame to much you’ve got them reversed. You’ll need to switch them for it to work. No instructions to tell you that you’ve just got figure it out. Also the once the burners are working they have little control over how little or how much, it’s pretty much on and off. As far as I can tell there is no customer support. I’ve left a message for parts and got no reply.

Needed an adapter to convert thread type on Cooktop for gas and cut part of the bottom of countertop along with cabinet and wall in order to install. Not ideal but you can’t see it. What you do see is a nice looking functional gas cooktop along with a working drawer underneath cooktop. Can’t beat the price either. This was a replacement of an old gas cooktop in an old kitchen. Did not want to lose drawer space. This gas cooktop was the perfect solution.
