Unit malfunctioned after 6 months, However, manufacturer/ seller agreed to replace the unit. – I bought on July 1, 2021 and used less than 7 months : one burner went bad. However, seller agreed to replace.

PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE A+ – Item arrived on time. Great look and electrician who hooked it up was impressed with how quickly it heated up to maximum. This is the second Ramblewood product that I have purchased mainly because of the terrific customer service department.

Burners too close – Burners are too close to each other. Cannot use both burners when using a large frying pan or pot. Otherwise it is a good product.

Perfect replacement for our Houseboat 120volt stove top. – We searcher hard for a stove top that was 120 volt that would work on our limited counter space. This one was perfect. Easy to install. Works good.

Easy to install – So hard to find these for a 110. The first one I ordered was nearly half the price but it had a continuous blinking light when installed so I had to send back. I was hesitant to spend this but you get what you pay for and this one was easy to install. Instead of hard wiring we added a plug and dropped it into countertop. Works great and looks great! Very pleased!
