Super fast delivery – I love it, but it was received with a broken wheel for the silverware rack. I was kind sad about that.

Is NOT stainless steel and came dented – DO NOT BUY. This item was not as described. Not only does the description say stainless steel and shows a picture of a stainless steel machine, the unit is all white. In addition, it came dented.

Excellent dishwasher – Dishwasher is a excellent product and works cleans great. The installation is a bit different as the electric and water input are located in the front of the machine and you will need to buy the electric cord and L joint and water hose (but keep your old one as the new ones have a bigger flange inside) . Fits tight into the space and easy to adjust. Water output use the one that comes with the machine as the diameter has changed on this machine. Very quiet and runs great. This machine does not have a “clean” on display but defaults to 2h. Just puch cancel until two (..) appear.

No repairman works on SPT appliances. – NO ONE repairs SPT appliances. I bought an SPT (Sunpentown) built-in dishwasher, model no. SD-9252SS. In less than 2 years, the control panel stopped working. I called repairmen within 10 miles of here, and none of them had even heard of it. None would touch it, because they did not know the brand, did not have parts, and could not warrant the work. When I called SPT, they offered to teach me *over the phone* how to repair dishwashers, and to sell me parts from California. I am a landlord, not an appliance repairman. I asked, “What happens if the repair doesn’t work? Or when it breaks again?” And the weedy little guy in California said, “Well, we can troubleshoot it for you, and recommend parts … .”
