super! – bought the aaobosi 15 in. (“upgraded” – not sure what that means) have had it working for about 2 months now and it is perfect! almost didn’t buy it because of some reviews stating it was loud. I have not heard it at all. it is very nice looking also! not completely sure you can get 28 bottles in it, but I can’t drink 28 bottles in one night anyway!!!! don’t even have 28 bottles in the house?!?! regulat size wine bottles fit best. i did mange to get a champagne bottle on the bottom rack. delivery was prompt and without issue. temperature has been steady, looks great with and without the light on. user friendly, sets up in no time. very satisfied so far.

be careful sliding out wine racks – The only concern I have is when you slide out the wine racks the hinge on the rack catches the liner inside the door. You have to make sure you don’t pull the rack completely out without pushing in the liner so as not to tear it.

Cooler and customer service are outstanding – I purchased this cooler to replace a name brand cooler. To my surprise, this cooler has exceeded every expectations and then some. I love the dual zone for white and red wine. The price is excellent for the quality of the cooler. As if that wasn’t enough, their customers service is top of the line. They are extremely responsive and super accommodating. Amazon dropped the ball and damaged the cooler during transit. The original cooler was never delivered to me and Amazon told I had to reorder the cooler again. When I attempted to order the cooler for the second time, the price had gone up. Amazon refused to help and said I had to pay the current price, although it was not my fault they damaged the original cooler. When the distributor noticed the issue they contacted me and when I explained the situation, they went above and beyond to rectify everything Amazon didn’t do. They even gave me a great rebate for my inconvenience. To me, this type of customer service is as important as the product they sell. This company stands behind their product and I’m sure that if I ever have any issues, they will take care of it immediately.
